read me first 
i can not save the arduino ide on this page.  So you have to google it and down load a copy.  this was created in version 2.2.1 
the program is in the .txt file.  You can copy it and paste it into the ide if you have to edit it. 
The wire diagram is also attached.  I tried to get the wire colors correct.  The wire colors may be wrong.  
The power switches on the front are basically wired so they each provide power to an poutlet.  The feed has two power supplies, one for the driver, one fir the power to the arduino. 
All of the switches are wired to the normally open side, when they close they connect to ground. 
All switch  pins are wired as pull up, so 5v or 1 is not connected.  if the switch is engaged it goes to a 0. 

there are two pots, the one on the face controls the cut speed, the one inside controls the jog speed.  They can be replaced with any linear pot.  It does not matter the ohms, because they are converted to a reading of 0-5v.  and then mapped to a pulses per minute.
